De este modo, Catanias\u00ae Cudi\u00e9 podr\u00e1, en cualquier momento, a\u00f1adir nuevos productos y\/o servicios a los ofertados actualmente. Asimismo, Catanias\u00ae Cudi\u00e9 se reserva el derecho a retirar o dejar de ofrecer, en cualquier momento, y sin previo aviso, cualesquiera de los productos ofrecidos.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Una vez dentro de cudieshop.com, y para acceder a la contrataci\u00f3n de los distintos productos, el Usuario deber\u00e1 seguir todas las instrucciones indicadas en el proceso de compra, lo cual supondr\u00e1 la lectura y aceptaci\u00f3n de todas las condiciones generales y particulares fijadas en cudieshop.com.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><b><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">4. DISPONIBILIDAD Y SUSTITUCIONES<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><b><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">PRODUCTOS<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Catanias\u00ae Cudi\u00e9 pretende garantizar la disponibilidad de todos los productos que est\u00e1n publicitados a trav\u00e9s de cudieshop.com. No obstante, en el caso de que cualquier producto solicitado no estuviera disponible o si el mismo se hubiera agotado, se le informar\u00e1 al cliente lo antes posible por v\u00eda telef\u00f3nica o correo electr\u00f3nico lo antes posible.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">De no hallarse disponible el producto, y habiendo sido informado de ello el consumidor, Catanias\u00ae Cudi\u00e9 podr\u00e1 suministrar un producto de similares caracter\u00edsticas sin aumento de precio, en cuyo caso, el consumidor podr\u00e1 aceptarlo o rechazarlo ejerciendo su derecho de desistimiento y resoluci\u00f3n del contrato.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">En caso de indisponibilidad de la totalidad o parte del pedido, y el rechazo de los productos de sustituci\u00f3n por el cliente, el reembolso previamente abonado, se efectuar\u00e1 a trav\u00e9s de ingreso en cuenta que nos facilite el cliente<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><b><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">5.
